Just a mini midweek update!



Couple weeks ago when i was on the hunt for the birthday dress!



One of my favourite pizza place - Pepperoni Pizzeria! I always go to the one at Frankel Ave! Must try the creme brulee when you're there too. Yum!



One week ago with my pillar of strength at Carousel for a quick lunch buffet to celebrate both our 21st!



Freaking good salmon. Freaking.



I love buffets. I just don't make the price i pay worth it. Hahaha but anyway, I haven't tried a lot of buffets in town yet but this is definitely one of the good ones among all those that i've tried! Love how friendly and sweet the staffs are! They even gave us both a huge cupcake when they realised it's our birthdays!



The famous macarons from Laduree. It really wasn't as good as i was expecting. It's a tad too sweet for me!

So anyway.... If you've been following me on my instagram, you would have known that i officially turned 21 on Sunday!!!! Hehehe held a party on Saturday at Pan Pacific hotel with some of my friends. Will blog about it soon! Here's just a sneak :)

Hello!

Just a quick post before i head to bed early tonight because.... School officially starts tomorrow for me and i've to get up by 6am. Even though it's just 2 school days per week but i can really feel that my freedom and happiness are both slowly slipping away :(


I have so many overdue pictures i wanna blog about... SO MANY until i really don't know which one i should still blog. Sigh zzz but anyhoo! If you have been following my twitter/ instagram, you would have know i'd partipated in a ChicKissLove: The Fashion Uprising event at Zouk as Lacepipe's model some time ago! Some of the photos are from CKL!



Crowd started coming in while the models were at the backstage prepping up!



Favourite part - Getting my hair and make up done



And then it was showtime! It was my first time walking and i got selected to be the first to walk down the runway omg you cannot image how nervous i was but......



I HAD SO MUCH FUN. Wouldn't mind walking a thousandssssss times moreeee :-)

I had a really good time that day, what made me the happiest was that i am given the chance to walk the runway like how i've always wanted to (thank you Lacepipe!!!). I would LOVE to become a professional runway model but meh i don't think i'll ever have the chance cause i'm not tall enough to??? :(

I don't care if you think it's lame to take in-the-air photos but i really love them! So pretty! Looking at them makes me happy (˘v˘)



One more! Where are the carebears?!



And then we landed! Half mega-excited and half annoyed with the crazy static going on in my hair



Went to the babycafe at TST and i swear, ok maybe it's just me, but seeing all the gorgeous Angelababy's photos on the wall and menu makes me not want to eat at all. Hahaha i know i sound damn ridiculous but it's true! Anyhoo greedy me will always be greedy me so eventually i still went ahead and ordered this baby platter! Most of their dishes are baby-sized i think!



Softest, juicest, melts-in-your mouth salmon EVER



West Villa for dim sum brunch on one of the days cause i heard the reviews are quite good and i was so excited to try but seriously it's just............. Overpriced and average dim sum :(



But the restaurant itself has a pretty nice decor, not bad customer service and very good lightings to take photos hehehe




My favourite item to order whenever i have dim sum but West Villa's custard buns are definitely not the best i've eaten before. The skin is too thick and the custard doesn't really flow out when you pinch the bun open boo :( Unlike the ones i had at Taste Paradise today!!!



It was so gooood. Filled full of awesome fattening custard and salted egg yolk. Swee Choon ones are really good too! Ok so anyway i was very disappointed cause i was expecting much more from West Villa.... Oh well!!!
