Sunday night/ Monday morning feeling kinda down.....


I had an amazing time at Padang Grandstand yesterday!!!! Those who kept on telling me that the F1 race is gonna be boring/ i won't be able to see any cars are all lying to me! Bleh. Hahaha i can see them zoom past me okay!!! Mad love McLaren Mercedes's! The one with the silver hood! Wish i was more pro with my camera so i can take better pictures. Noobie me was just trying 1000001 times to capture a perfect shot, passed it to the bf and he tried another 1000001 times but ugh. We gave up in the end -___- Stayed to watch the Ferrari qualifying challenge because the boy is crazy about cars. Oh wait, you can't even use crazy on him. Ask him any super cars and he will know and tell you their specs and prices all i swear. Can have car talk for hours one lor. Abit siao one hor? But because of him, i've finally learnt to recognize and differentiate all the brands! Muahaha not bad ok i was a total noob last time don't even know how a Toyota logo looks like yknow hee. Ok too much car talk....... Anyway after that we hurried down to catch Maroon 5!!! Oh and did i mention that we met this super amazing and kind couple who gave us their fanzone passes so that we can get in up close to see Adam Levine?!?!! How can anyone be so sweet omg. The boy told me there were only like 2000 passes and people had to queue in the afternoon for it wtf. Even though we were in the fanzone we were still far away..... Adam Levine looks so tiny in my camera. But but i know it's better than looking at the screen so thank you sooooo much whoever you are. Good karma will strike on you soon :')


Brand new week again. I hate it when it's Sunday night because Sunday nights now means i've to get through the next 5 days without Jens by my side. But he's gonna POP soon!!! I think in like 12 more days? IS ANYONE GNNA BE THERE? Should i bring a bottle of deodorant for him? Hahahahaha i heard the floating platform area is gonna stink like mad. Part of me hopes he gets into a post he likes but another part of me hopes he gets into like a super chill 8-5 post near my place haha. I promise i will make lunchboxes for him (︶▽︶)ノ

Aiya sigh. I gotta go sleep now. Waking up in 6 hours time god bless me. I bet i'm going to have this urge to delete this whole entry tomorrow when i reread it in a clearer state of mind. It may no longer be in use in modern times but it represents something wild and unorthodox for The Phrenzy team and its unique spelling further highlights this. The Phrenzy was launched on Feb 12 earlier this year. And they just launched their first collection a few weeks back!

Please pardon my weird fingers. After taking photos of my new nails, i've come to conclusion that i can never be a hand model :( But whatever! Look at my new miu miu inspired nails!!!!



I saw this photo online like years ago and i fell in love with it the moment i saw it. Saved it in my phone and kept telling myself that i'm gonna do this set during my next manicure session but i've never gotten around to do it. I know this design is really old but i've always wanted these on my fingers so when Trina from Simplicity Nails approached me, i thought, "YES I SHALL GET THOSE SWALLOWS ON MY NAILS THIS TIME ROUND."


SimplicityNails is a home based salon, located at Tah Ching Rd (near to Lakeside MRT station). Trina, the owner is a passionate manicurist and her rates are probably one of the lowest in the market i think...?


I've friends who do their gellish nails outside for like what $70? $80? $100??? So when i asked Trina how much will she charge you guys, she told me the set of design i've on will only cost.... wait for itttttt........... $56!!!!!!!

So cheap?!?? For real??
YES FOR REAL.

So i pretty sure if your designs are harder and much more complicated than mine, it'll probably cost a bit more but still way cheaper than doing at those shops outside!

Woke up yesterday morning with thick, balanced eyelids. I must have gained a lot of good karma to get that :-)

...... Ok no i kid. It's because i bawled my eyes out the night before. Not fun. I was really sad. But for the first freaking time in my life, i get to see how i look like in them. Well i guess i did gained a few good karma points for them to swell so evenly and not too thick though? Hahaha. Always my dream to have balanced parallel eye lids (and after yesterday, it made me want to sew my lids even more omg) and so even though i was still sad, i was so excited to prepped my face and camwhore!!!!!! Also realised that with my lids like that, i actually looked slightly different. My eyes were bigger and brighter, ah so! happy!

But like they said, happiness is short-lived.
My eyelids went back to it's normal self again this morning - tapered on one side and parallel on the other :(



I'm sad again wts.

Up bright and early on the second last day to go shopping! CHIONG AH



Didn't take much photos after this cause we were busy shopping!!!! Walked so much till my feets cramped :(



BEST buy throughout the whole trip. These babies are from Underground! Got them at a super discounted price, super happy when the staffs told us that they have it in our size. Last pair for both somemore i think? #thankyou



Got up even earlier on the last day. Super upset the whole time (except during brunch cause how can i be unhappy when there's yummy food infront of me??!)



Went over to Pier 88 稻香超級漁港, dim sum for brunch at Mong Kok and did some last minute shopping before heading to the airport!



I must say most of the dishes here are super yums!!! This corn-filled thingy is super good???!? And i don't even like corn.

I don't know what's this too but we saw so many tables beside us ordering this again and again so we knew we had to try it too and it turned out to be some kind of vege (i think??) puff but it's SUPER GOOD. Mad soft melts in mouth (literally) kinda good omg AAAHHH want some nowwww

Oh this and the xlb below are not quite good though... Sigh didn't manage to have any awesome custard buns during this trip :( Anyone knows where to find really good custard buns in Hong Kong???



Desserts at Xu Liu Shan! Hmmmm what's the hype about this....? I think ok only leh??



And then we walked around to do some light shopping and went back to the hotel to chill before saying goodbye to the past 5 amazing days.....



Can you see the hills behind all those skyscrapers? That's where the Peak and huuuugeeee houses are at! Right on top of the hill!

  

I must admit it was an amazing trip with the boy. First time travelling out of tiny sg together! I saw how patient and sweet and dependable he is........ Eh but how come he isn't so patient with me when we shop for my things in sg ah??? Hahaha but anyhoo, even though it was just a short 5 days trip, it was the best 5 days spent together. Ever. I know i tend to take f o r e v e r to decide on what to eat, what to drink, what colour to choose for the dresses, which top to get etc etc and it's sometimes very frustrating for him but he still accepts all my nonsense and fickleness no matter what so to you babe, thank you :* But i think i probably gonna be like this my whole life so too bad for you, sorry you just hafta get use to it cause i am sticking with you hehehehe
