This post is a little different to my normal post's as I only usually post what I actually wore out, I never just get dressed up to shoot pictures as I think fashion blogs should be about real wearable fashion.
Tonight will be the first time since I was 18 not to go to a NYE rave or big party, I'm actually going to a small onsie party! I found the concept of a onsie party a bit different, knowing that there will be a bunch of grown guys walking around in onsies will be a funny sight, so hey why not!
So this post is inspired as a 'would be' NYE outfit. The sparkles and glitter is so new years eve. I always go all out with my NYE outfits, it should be all about sparkles, bright colours and fun. I actually bought this dress about two years ago, it was dirt cheap probably about £5, the sparkles drew me in! I don't know why it's been sitting in my wardrobe all this time, I cant wait to actually wear it out now.
I hope you guys like my outfit, I'm sure all your outfits will be amazing!! I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year and hope you have a wonderful time whatever you do tonight. See you in 2013.

Every girl has there 'LDB' that they turn to when they have nothing to wear or want to keep it simple, this is mine. I have actually had this dress for about 4 years and at only £13 it works wonders! it clinches everything in, only if the pictures were clearer the material is actually similar to a Herve Leger dress.
I wore this outfit on a night out on Saturday, I kept it simple with black and gold, I haven't worn my body chain since Morocco with casual outfits, so I wanted to try it with a dressy look. I hope you like it.
Jacket - Borrowed
Clutch - £6 Primark
Hat - £ £10 H&M
I wore this outfit on Sunday, I actually didn't wear it for long as I was on my way to a family photo shoot. I didn't completely change out of the outfit, I wore the dress, I just took off the tights and jacket and changed into heels (you can see the heels in this
post). You might also recognise this dress from the boat party post (
here), as you can see from this post I paired the dress with pieces that gave it a more day look.
The family photo shoot was amazing, about 15 of us came, yes my family is massive! it was such a great family day out. I paid only £20 from a Groupon deal that would of normally cost £300 for such a big family!
Some of you may have noticed that my blog has had a mini revamp, I hope you like it! I was initially going to pay someone to do it for me but I thought let me just save some money and search for tutorials myself. Taaa daa I have learnt some new skills and saved some money in the process, win win situation. If you would like to know the tutorials I used I will be sure to add them to my next post. GIVE AWAY TIME!
To celebrate my blog turning one, I'm hosting a Diamond Petal give away to win £30 to spend on anything you want in the store. To enter all you need to do is:

I can't believe I haven't blogged for a week, were the heck did time go seriously! I did however go to the gym more than usual last week (pat on the back) which kind of took over.
I wore this outfit to yet another surprise party I threw, I now think of myself as the surprise party guru, future career maybe??! This time it was for my little brothers 23rd birthday in a Ugandan restaurant.
I having been itching to wear this dress since I bought it back in January, its definitely a statement dress with the bright yellow colour and bold black slashes. It fits like a treat, the only thing I probably will do is make it slightly shorter, maybe knee length before I wear it again.
